This spacious reverse layout cruiser stern is Cain Narrowboats latest design. A full live aboard built with spacious living and sailing in mind. Large kitchen and living area, walk through bathroom.

16' saloon, including pullmans dinette. TV unit with upper and lower cupboards. Multi fuel cast iron stove in attractive surround. Television point. Solid oak flooring. Double radiator.

10' galley. Fully fitted kitchen, full size hob, eye level oven, fridge, sink and drainer. Black sparkle granite effect rolled edge worktops with matching splash back. Ceramic tiled floor. Double radiator. Space and plumbing for washing machine. Alde central heathing system. Kitchen leads out onto the rear deck, excellent when sailing. Sliding windows.

6' 4" walk through bathroom. Full size glass quadrant shower, quartz speckle tile, free standing contemporary basin with tall mono chrome tap. Towels cabinate, Thetford casette auto toilet. Solid oak flooring. Sliding door to bedroom, hinged door to lounge. Double Radiator.

9' 2" bedroom. Permanent double bed, with 4 underdrawers and large storage cupboard, over head cupboard, double wardrobe, Floor to ceiling cupboard with 3 draws. Stairs leading to the front deck. Solid oak flooring. Television point. Double Radiator.

All the lighting through out the boat is independently controlled, allowing both battery conservation and mood lighting to be set. All lighting is fully LED compatable.
